Who is responsible
Peakvision is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We provide drone cinematography, AI and automation, and web and digital services.
Questions or data rights requests can be sent to levy@peakvision.digital.
Data we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, selected interests, project details, and any information you choose to include in a message.
- Connected social accounts: when you authorise a platform connection, we may receive account or Page identifiers, public profile or Page information, granted permissions, and the content and status information needed to perform the publishing action you request.
- Technical information: basic request, device, browser, security, and performance information generated when you visit the website or use a connected service.
How and why we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, and take steps you request before entering into a contract.
- To provide contracted services and manage the working relationship.
- To connect authorised social accounts and create, schedule, or publish content at your direction.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on the context, our legal basis is taking requested precontractual steps, performing a contract, complying with law, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or your consent where it is required. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Social platform connections
A social platform connection is only used after an authorised user starts the connection and approves the permissions shown by that platform. We use those permissions to carry out requested publishing and account management actions. We do not sell connected account data.
You can revoke a connection in the relevant platform settings. Revocation stops future access, but does not remove content already published or information we must retain for legal or security reasons. LinkedIn and other connected platforms process data under their own privacy terms.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to host the website, deliver contact form messages, provide technical website resources, and support authorised publishing workflows. These may include Cloudflare, FormSubmit, Google Fonts and content delivery networks, and the social platforms you choose to connect.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain necessary business and security records, and to meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
To exercise a right, email levy@peakvision.digital. We may need to verify your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
